Snowmobile riders must stay on groomed trails or visible roadways. Hill climbing results in excessive tree damage. Enforcement patrols will be conducted in Spokane and Kootenai Counties and citations will be issued to those found riding off trail. Voluntary compliance is essential for winter access privileges to continue in the future.
